At JCONLY, we strive to provide the highest quality professional tattoo equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy valid from the original invoice date for products purchased through jconlyofficial.com.
1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee & Return Policy
- Notification Window: Contact us via email (shop@jconlytattoo.com) within 30 days of your order placement.
- Product Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories attached.
- Prior Authorization: All returns require an official Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Items returned without prior approval will not be processed.
2. Return Shipping Costs & Refund Methods
We aim for transparency in our shipping and refund processes:
- Standard Returns (Customer Reason): For returns due to a change of mind or incorrect ordering, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. While we offer free shipping on many orders, the actual shipping cost incurred by JCONLY will be deducted from the final refund amount.
- Defective or Incorrect Items (JCONLY Reason): If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, JCONLY will bear all costs for return shipping and provide a Full Refund or free replacement.
3. How to Start a Return Process

- Get Instructions: Our support team will provide the Return Address and specific instructions within 24 business hours.

Once the returned item is received at our facility, it will undergo an inspection within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds are issued within 7 business days to your original payment method.

All JCONLY Tattoo Machines (including the Epoch R4 and Epoch R3 series) are backed by a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
- Coverage: Functional failures under normal professional operating conditions.
- Exclusions: Damage from improper handling, unauthorized disassembly, or standard wear and tear.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled for a full refund only before the shipping process has begun. Once a tracking number is generated, the order is subject to our standard return process.
